Upon your arrival at the airport of Yangon, you will be welcomed by TMTM team member and escort you to hotel in the district of Yangon. Free evening in the old capital of Myanmar.Welcome Dinner and culture show at Karaweik Royal Barge, a ‘ hamsa –bird-shaped ‘ floating barge on Kandawgyi (Royal) Lake.

Our Guide will pick you up at your hotel and explore the formal capital of Yangon. Yangon, Myanmar is a city overflowing with excitement.Our first visit will be Shwedagon Pagoda which is very famous for religious destinations of Myanmar. Shwedagon Pagoda,golden stupa is the heart of Myanmar over 2500 years old. And then continue to the Chaut Htat Kyi as known as reclining Buddha. The Buddha image is 66 metres (217 ft) long, and one of the largest in Burma. The feet of the statue carved the Traditional symbols 108 marks.Lunch will be served at local resturants with delicious cuisines in Burma Kachin, Shan and Kayah. After having lunch, we will bring you to the Bogyoke Aung San Market at the centre of Yangon. You will have chance to explore the city’s largest selection of Burmese handicrafts.Our next visit will be Colonial style building downtown and photo stop at City Hall , the Sule Pagoda & stroll around Mahabandoola Park’s.Heading to the Strand Hotel for a coffee break. For sunset head to Botahtaung Pagoda and Jetty, you can see the stunning views of Yangon’s river and enjoying the local lives around the area.
After enjoying sunset ,the guide will take you back to your hotel.

Note: Bogoyoke Aung San Market is closed on every Monday.

After breakfast at hotel, transfer to Yangon Airport for flight to Bagan airport. Bagan Temples stands as the remains of an ancient capital of the Kingdom of Pagan that reached its height between the 11th and 13th centuries. Spreading over 42 sq km (26 sq mi), the archeological zone features ruins of more than 2,200 richly ornamented Buddhist temples, monasteries, and pagodas.

The beauty of the temples and pagodas is dazzling, and perhaps the most impressive and inspiring monuments are Thatbinnyu, constructed by King Alaung Sithu and Ananda Temple with four huge standing Buddha images and numerous seated figures in niches around the galleried interior.

Enjoy local lunch at one of the local restaurants and then return to the hotel for a short rest and escape the extreme heat of the midday sun.

Later in the evening explore to Gawdanpalin, Dhammayangi temples and the Shwezigon Pagoda, built by King Anawrahta in the early 11th century. Take a relaxing horse cart ride through the temple area, and continue to view from the tower is great especially at sunset.

Dinner at Nandar Restaurant and Puppet Show.

Breakfast at hotel. After breakfast we will firstly go to Tu Yin Taung, a hilltop stupa in the eastern part of the main Archeological Park.

While approaching the temple, be greeted by 500 monk statues lining the road. Continue to visit lacquer workshop to learn about the fascinating technique of this art. Then, sightseeing to Manuha Temple, built in Mon Style in 1095, Nanbaya Temple, a unique sandstone monument, said to have been the palace of King Manuha. Afterwards, we head to Myinkaba Village and visit Gubyaukgyi Temple, noted for its ancient mural paintings under the protection of UNESCO .

After lunch, enjoy your day.

We enjoy dinner at Sunset Garden, located on the bank of Ayeyarwady River which gives us a great view of the river and an unforgettable sunset.

After breakfast at hotel, transfer to Nyaung U airport for flight to Mandalay airport. On arrival Mandalay,receive a warm greetings from the guide and the driver .

Today, our tour will be start with Mahamuni Pagoda, where the big Buddha image is venerated. Mahamuni Pagoda is a Buddhist temple and Mandalay’s most important religious site.

The main Buddha image here is more than 3.5 metres high and covered with golf leaf, quite impressive. Then head to a gold leaf-making factory to find out how this unique substance is made.

Afterwards, visit Zaycho market - the largest and most important market in upper Myanmar. Stop for lunch at a local restaurant.

After lunch, continue your visit to Royal Palace which is a primary symbol of Mandalay and a major tourist destination. The Mandalay Palace is the last royal palace of the last Burmese monarchy.

Then, continue to visit the ‘World’s Biggest Book’; the 729 marbles stone slabs of Buddhist scripture at Kuthodaw Pagoda. You’ll also stop by the Shwenandaw Kyaung (Golden Palace Monastery),a superb traditional wooden building.
You’ll see the admire impressive works of Burmese art and intricate wood carvings, Then climb up to the Mandalay Hill to see sunset on the Irrawaddy River and Mandalay City view. Overnight at Mandalay.

And transfer to hotel you are staying in Mandalay.

Day 7 - Mingun-Sagaing-Amarapura ( B/L /D )

Today, after breakfast at hotel and then drive to the jetty to board a local boat to Mingun, located about 8 miles upriver from Mandalay, is on the opposite bank on the Ayeyarwady River.

The first visit begins at the Mingun Pahtotawgyi, an unfinished structure of its famous world largest brick base pagoda. Then visit to the Mya Thein Dan Pagoda and Mingun Bell,it is also where the largest ringing bell in the world.

Mingun Bell weighs 90 tons and is claimed to be the largest well-maintained bell around the world.Stop for lunch at a local restaurant while experiencing the beautiful river and a glimpse of river life.

Afterwards, head to Sagaing Hill, a religious center for Buddha devotees. The views across the river and surrounding hills are spectacular. We will visit Umin Thonesae and Soon Oo Ponya Shin Pagoda overlooking Ayeyarwaddy River. There are many visitors who come here to pay respects and pray at its main Buddha statue.

You will visit Sagaing’s local market and discover locally made pottery, silver and other handicrafts.
The afternoon’s activities will kick off with a visit to Amarapura, Myanmar’s penultimate royal capital.You’ll stop at a silk weaving workshop known for their exquisite merchandise.

Once the sun starts to set, visit to U Bein Bridge.which was built in 1782 and is said to be the longest teak wood bridge worldwide. U Bein Bridge is one of the most recognizable places in Myanmar, and makes for a great evening trip from Mandalay so you can capture the beauty of its structure at sunset.

As a stunning day comes to an end head back to Mandalay hotel for the night.

Day 8 - Mandalay - Singu - Hsithe ( B/L /D )

After Breakfast at your hotel, we will pick you up at 8:00 am by car. Our journey to Hsithe will take us north past Mandalay Hill.

Passing through agriculture land, we drive through many villagers, where you can see the daily life of rural Myanmar. The road passes to the east of the famous Marble Mountains, where the raw material for the marble carvers of Amarapura is quarried.

At 10.00 am we arrive at Singu, an attractive small town on the left bank of the Ayeyarwady River. Here you will be met by the village boat from Hsithe. The boat trip is a great opportunity to observe wildlife, particularly water birds such as Ruddy shelduck, Chinese spot- billed duck, Asian open bill and many Black kites, ospreys and Cormorantsetc ( most birds are migratory and the best time to see them is late November- lake March).

We arrive in Hsithe at 10,45, in time for light refreshment in the visitor Centre. The attractive building is positioned on the east bank of the river with panoramic views. Often dolphins can be observed feeding in the waters opposite. Now you will learn to be a fisherman/woman! The training lasts one hour but is great fun. First you will be shown how to cast a net and then it is your turn!! Using a light net, especially designed for the purpose, you will have two or three trial throws on ground adjacent to the Centre. Then you go by fishing boat to shallow waters and practice you skills. Young or old, male and female, this is something you will enjoy and remember.

Lunch is taken in the visitor Centre. After lunch, you will have time to look round the many information boards that explain about life in the village: the fishing, farming and the local wildlife, especially the Irrawaddy River dolphin. It is also an opportunity to buy locally – made handicrafts in the visitor Centre shop.

In the afternoon, you will go for a tour of the village, which will be led by one of the villagers.
You can observe local village life in all fascinating form – the architecture, the people, the animals, the activities and the monasteries. But sadly it is now time for you to leave this timeless idyll. Once more you travel by boat.

This time, you head upriver to Singu by boat. The water birds look particular beautiful in the afternoon light. You depart Singu at 16.15 pm and our delivered back to your hotel in Mandalay by about 18:30 latest.

A free day for you to further explore for Mandalay in your own way since there have so many different things to see in Mandalay depending on your interests.

Day 10 - Mandalay-Heho-Kalaw ( B/L /D )

After breakfast at hotel, transfer to Mandalay airport for flight to Heho airport. On arrival Heho,receive a warm greetings from the guide and the driver .Enjoy a scenic journey to an interesting drive up into the hills and across the Shan State, through mountain fields to Kalaw.

We will visit to Kalaw view point, Thein Taung and Hnee Buddha Image. Enjoy lunch at local restaurant.

After meal enjoy your free time.

Today the sightseeing starts at 08:00 am. Our guide will pick you up and head to Pindaya.

Visit to Pindaya’s limestone cave with its maze of chambers displaying more than 8,000 Buddha statues .Contiune to visit traditional Shan paper making village , Umbrella and Pottery making villages. Have a lunch at a local restaurant.

Along the way, we will pass through the hill tribe village. Our next stop will be Nyaung Shwe,an gateway of Inle. In the evening, transfer to red mountain winery and vineyard for tasting wine. As the sun sets in the background be sure to taste some of the wine for yourself and enjoy the beautiful surroundings before being transferred back to your hotel.

After breakfast, our first visit will be Shwe Yan Pyay Monastery which features beautiful carvings and a collection of Buddha Images.

Excursion Inle Lake by private boat with chances to see villages, the unique leg-rowers fishermen and the floating gardens, built up from the strips of water hyacinth and mud and anchored with bamboo poles.We will study Traditional Ways of Fishing, Floating Gardens, Silk Weaving Workshops, Cheroot Making Workshops, Silverware Workshop, Sacred Robe Woven from Lotus Fiber Workshops while interacting with locals to learn more about Inthar Culture.

Continue to visit the jumping cat monastery and the most famous Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda where the Buddha images have been covered in so much gold that they look like balls of solid gold. Stop for lunch on the lake and sample delicious Inthar or Shan dishes.In the afternoon, continue to your hotel.

Join local chef for Myanmar cooking and cuisine at middle of the Inle Lake, preparing a full lunch of traditional dishes. You'll harvest herbs and vegetables from a kitchen garden, learn tricks for preparing Inle Lake's Inthar recipes at home, then sit down to enjoy the feast you've prepared. This cooking class is a great introduction to Myanmar's diverse food traditions.
After delicious lunch, roaming around with kanoe at Pauk Par village, to discover the lives at Intha inhabitants, accompanied by women canoe rower in traditional dress. Pauck par village is one of the famous tourist destination at Inle Lake. Pauk par village have more than 200 houses and most of the houses are cottage made by bamboo. Canoe will pass near by Northern part of village, Hsun Daw Gyi Phaung ( Royal Barge), Main streets of village, Kindergarden, Eastern part of village, Southern part of village, Primary School, Myanmar's only floating post office box, Middle part of village, Some small pig farming, small fish farming and some wooden cabinet marking ( occasionally).After canoe trip , we will drop off your hotel.
