Day 1 - Pyin Oo Lwin ( / / )

You will be picked up at the Mandalay International Airport, train station or hotel at morning time, to start your journey with two hour drive to the former British hill station of Pyin Oo Lwin (Maymyo). A delightful small town of colonial-style buildings, market ,and a botanical garden. Feel the historical atmosphere by travelling through town in a traditional horse cart and carriage. Explore the local market for a taste of local culture and continue to visit Botanical Garden, this lovingly maintained 435-acre botanical garden features more than 480 species of flower, shrub and tree. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, continue to visit the Peik Kyin Myaung Caves. The caves are well visited by local people who come to pay respects. This natural cave has been getting popular among the local pilgrims throughout the country. At the entrance, we can buy some local souvenirs and foods. And also we can see the stream. Inside the cave, small streams and various kind of buddha imgaes with different gesture. We can feel buddhism atmosphere and naturalness. To the south of this cave, some big waterfalls can be found. Overnight at Pyin Oo Lwin.

Day 2 Pyin Oo Lwin to Hsipaw ( B/L/D)

This morning the tour starts at 07:30 after breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the railway station and heading to the Hsipaw. Board a train bound for the historic Gokteik Viaduct, you’ll have sweeping views into the steep ravines and lush forest of the Shan State as you across the 2,260 foot (689mt) viaduct-once the world’s largest railway trestle. Lunch box on board. Arrive at Hsipaw in the afternoon, is the principal town in Shan State, Myanmar on the banks of the Duthawadi River. Upon arrival, the room is ready for check-in in the late afternoon. The guide will explain in detail about Shan life around Hsipaw. A day for yourself. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 3 - Hsipaw ( B/ / )

The tour starts from hotel along Tai, Shan Villages. In this magic place you may pass the seasonal vegetable crop, rice paddy fields, natural spring and stream. This itinerary includes several hours trekking path to reach the Palaung village, only for adventures. Chance for taste local lunch at village house. Walk around field and village, to enjoy the tea plantation, explore the life, the house, the culture of Palaung people. Meet villagers in the evening and try to understand their conversation with local guide’s help. Enjoy dinner at one of the local house. Overnight at the homestay of Palaung village.

Day 4 - Hsipaw ( B/ / )

After our breakfast, we can spend several hours continue trek where have the beautiful waterfall. At the waterfalls it's possible to swimming and relax before getting back. After that, we will drive back to the hotel.

Day 5 - Hsipaw ( B/ / )

After breakfast, start walking from the hotel and on the way
we can learn about the local candles making, white-tofu making, Shan noodle factory and the black-smith factory.
Take the boat from the jetty and up-streaming the river about an hour. Stop and hop off to visit the old Shan monastery. On your way we can see the pineapple and rubber plantations. After that walk back to the boat and visit to the confluence of the river where the Duhtawaddy River begins.The river is very interesting looking into local life along the bank.
On the way back, make sight-seeing to a Shan village and back to Hsipaw.
Taste for the local food for lunch. Then continue to visit to the Shan Palace, home to the last sky prince of Hsipaw. The Shan Palace is managed by his niece and nephew, consummate host and will happily talk you through her family’s history during the last turbulent 100 years. If you are interested in reading about this time, the last princess Inge Sargent has written a book- Twilight over Burma. Late in the afternoon, visit just outside of town to Nine Buddha Hill and watch the sun set over Hsipaw and the Dokhtawady River.
Overnight in Hsipaw.

Day 6 - Hsipaw to Mandalay (B/ / )

After breakfast take a car ride from Hsipaw to Pyin Oo Lwin. On the way we will visit to Bawgyo pagoda, famous pagoda in Nothern Shan State. Enjoy the beautiful surround and scenery while travelling through different towns. Stop for a lunch at Pyin Oo Lwin’s December Farm. The Farm is famous for its strawberry farm and diary,great place to try the local food and local wine.Don’t forget to try the homemade ice cream made with own diary products.After having lunch, travel from Pyin Oo Lwin to Mandalay,is a modern metropolis and Chinese influence is enormous here.If we have time when you can visit the U-Bein Bridge for sunset. Explore the U-Bein bridge for sunset there is no place more beautiful than being in one of the small boats.And then drop off to the hotel.
