Day 1 - Mandalay to Bagan ( / L / )

Meet with the TMTM guide and driver at your hotel and drive to the Gawein jetty around 06:00 am. Take a cruise along Ayeyarwaddy river ,the main river of Myanmar for 4 hours. All the way you will enjoy the scenery and see the life style of Burmese people that are living on the riverbank. During our cruise we will provide fresh juice, blended coffee and some snacks for your breakfast. Throughout the boat trip, enjoy sightseening to Yandabo for 45 minute, a typical Myanmar village on the river bank of Ayeyarwaddy. Our first stop is Yandabo monument, where a peace treaty between the East India Company and Myanmar was signed. And walk through village to observe the daily life of this pottery village. Learn about the history and significance of village from professional guide and chat to the locals about their lives. Buffet lunch will be served on board and we will continue our journey to Bagan. We will have tea break at this cruise and relax and enjoy your time and cruise to the city of Bagan. Your cruise will arrive at Bagan at the afternoon and enjoy your evening with friends and family.

Day 2 - Bagan ( B / / D )

Breakfast at Hotel.Bagan Temples stands as the remains of an ancient capital of the Kingdom of Pagan that reached its height between the 11th and 13th centuries. Spreading over 42 sq km (26 sq mi), the archeological zone features ruins of more than 2,200 richly ornamented Buddhist temples, monasteries, and pagodas.

The beauty of the temples and pagodas is dazzling, and perhaps the most impressive and inspiring monuments are Thatbinnyu, constructed by King Alaung Sithu and Ananda Temple with four huge standing Buddha images and numerous seated figures in niches around the galleried interior.

We enjoy local lunch at one of the small local restaurants and then return to the hotel for a short rest and escape the extreme heat of the midday sun.

Later in the evening explore to Gawdawpalin, Dhammayangi temples and the Shwezigon Pagoda, built by King Anawrahta in the early 11th century. Take a relaxing horse cart ride through the temple area and continue to the tower. From there view is great especially at sunset.

Dinner at Nandar Restaurant and Puppet Show.

Day 3 - Bagan ( B / / )

Breakfast at hotel. After breakfast we will firstly go to Tu Yin Taung, a hilltop stupa in the eastern part of the main Archeological Park. While approaching the temple, be greeted by 500 monk statues lining the road. Continue to visit lacquer workshop to learn about the fascinating technique of this art. Then, sightseeing to Manuha Temple, built in Mon Style in 1095, Nanbaya Temple, a unique sandstone monument, said to have been the palace of King Manuha. Afterwards, we head to Myinkaba Village and visit Gubyaukgyi Temple, noted for its ancient mural paintings under the protection of UNESCO .

After lunch, enjoy your day.

Later,we enjoy dinner at Sunset Garden, located on the bank of Ayeyarwady River which gives us a great view of the river and an unforgettable sunset.

Overnight at hotel.

Day 4 - Departure (B / / )

After breakfast and hotel check out, transfer to Nyaung U airport for your onward flights and conclude this tour.
